Poor treatment
The arc of San Diego does not treat their employees or the people which they serve with value or respect. They put these people in danger by not properly maintaining their vehicle and not having people with proper experience working as Job Coaches and Care Givers.
Over 80 percent of their new hires quit with in 3 months.
Less than 1 percent stay a year.
The only thing this non profits upper management cares about is their salaries.
