Don't be fooled by their janky early 2000s website, it's brand new - but apparently a piece of ***. Or maybe they're just liars - who knows? I ordered from their store and never got a shipping confirmation. After four days, I emailed - only to get back a dismissive and unprofessional email talking to me personally about where I live, assuring me that my item had been shipped and blaming a computer error - but still giving me no tracking or evidence of shipping. I wrote back curtly that personal talk wasn't anything I was interested in - and that I'd like proof of shipment - only to receive a snarky and rude insult and a claim that shipping info was sent (it wasn't). Follow up emails have not been returned, no tracking provided. I will never, ever order here again. I'm not sure it's even a legitimate business and I'd encourage avoiding at all costs.

Antenna Ball Store

I too ordered from Antenna Ball Store on 11Oct and received a confirmation, however as of today, I have not reveived my order. Probably is a scam site, and people should know NOT to order there! This was a birthday gift for my daughter that she will not get because of poor business practices. There is no phone number to contact the "manager", only an email request that I do not believe will ever be answered even though I found addresses and sent three emails today. Seldom do I order on the internet, and this will teach me a good lesson to research a site before I shell out money! Yeah, I'm very upset!

I to ordered from these people. I ordered 2 "blue" cool lil devils but received 2 "red" cool lil devils.

This is not what I ordered, I want what I ordered.

I have emailed them 2x but have not heard from them yet. There is no phone numbers to contact these people.

Beware of the Antenna Ball Store

I ordered from this company operated by a Dewayne Lytle out of St Louis, MO under 2 different web-sites (www.theantennaballstore.com and www.antennaballstore.com). This was on October 7th (almost a month ago), and my cc was charged the next day. 3 emails later (no phone number is listed on the web-site), no news. The phone number associated with the cc charge is that of an unrelated printing business. I filed a BBB complaint (the company has 6 unanswered complaints, so is not in good standing with the BBB). It is easy to scam people out of a few dollars at a time because many people won't bother with it. But this is completely unacceptable of course, and I am planning to take this further.
