This seller blatanly lies to their customers in regards to refunds and advertises items that do not fit as stated in their listings. Do not give this liar your business and be sure to check for any alternate ebay IDs they may have. I have reported them to the BBB and will continue to notify the public of these lying cheats through every means possible. I purchased a set of flush mount turn signals for my motorcycle from this company (ebay ID: sincitycycleparts, website: www.thealphamoto.com) for $17 and change. The listing stated the signals would fit my bike but when received they were way too small. I contacted the seller about the problem and sent the item back in new, unopened condition to the return address given after confirming with the seller that the return shipping would also be refunded because it was an error on their part. I paid $5.05 for shipping and included a shipping receipt in the package prior to dropping it off at the post office (postage was paid online through USPS's Click N Ship). I received a refund for the items purchase price ($17 and change) but the return shipping was not refunded like I was told it would be. I contacted the seller again asking why and was told that they didnt refund return shipping costs. Further attempts to get the seller to rectify the situation were useless. The seller simply lied and refused to do as they said they would. All messages between the seller and I have been saved for reference if needed. Item number 300846****33 was purchased on 3/24/2013 through Paypal (transaction ID: 7A362517FV320815H) for $17.50. In addition to this, i will make sure this whole dilemma as well as how you handled it so very poorly will be on every single consumer complaint website possible. You have shown nothing but a *** attitude towards me, A CUSTOMER, have lied about how you would handle the situation after providing a falsely advertised item and your customer service is *** poor and EVERYBODY will know just how bad you treat your customers. I hope the $5.05 really makes up for the loss of business after all of this is made public. You really shouldve kept your word.
