To complaint about restaurants

Hi, I would like to make a complaint about my recent order. It is stated that the restaurant (The Alley) is open and ready for order and I ordered a couple of drinks. My order went through without any hassle hence I was charged for the order. Not long after that the order was canceled because the shop was already closed. The problem here is why is it stated as open when they do not want to receive any order anymore? Why cancel after I have made payment? Sure you already process the refund, but it is not immediate right? So I still cannot make a new order because that is the only money I have left for ordering food online. I hope you are working with the restaurants/shops to minimize the cancellation of order. Remind them to turn off their availability at least half an hour before they close their order. It is very troublesome as I really want the drinks for my kids and was cancelled after being charged. Please take responsibility and monitor the restaurants under your contract.
