I dont know how to get an answer to my very simple questions. I have emailed 3 times trying to order packets 4, 5, and 6 of the Bismarck and each time I get a reply saying it is done.

But then communication stops. I asked if the order was placed and shipped, no answer. This is frustrating. Now about an hour ago I sent a request to order the remaining packs of the kit 4-12.

Have received no answer.

Will someone please tell me what the status is on these requests and when I can expect to receive my packets. Thank you Im advance
