They keep charging me for the wrong diagnostic they made. My fridge, which was supposed to be broken, has been working beautifully by itself without any of the repairs they it would require. Outrageous!!

A technicians has come to my house to fix my Zub Zero freezer.(Sunday). His diagnostic was to change the Evaporator Fan ($792.51) and Sealing System Service ($1,520).

The gas system was blocked and the fan's engine was dead so, the freezer wont work at all. So, I ordered the service which would happen one week later. For my surprise, 24h later the freezer res-start working by itself an they are charging me $770 in order to get the service cancelled.

How does it sound for you ? Is this a professional company ?
