Never received return label after paying for it 2x
Im trying to return something and Im unable to get a return shipping label. Ive emailed them multiple times.
Ive tried calling.
Ive paid for the shipping label twice now and still no label. Just trying to return the item so I can get my store credit.

The company could do better in communicating. For one, I have been trying to return ladies' joggers for the last week! Customer services are not responsive, and I've sent them 10 photocopies of the problem and a copy of the £3.99 bank statement they charged for a return label that did not arrive to return the item.

Missing package
The package wasnt delivered to the PO Box even though the address was correct and everything it couldnt be delivered there so they sent it back to the sender and I was needing it for a function in 2 days
