Lost account from 0.30.0 update
I just want to speak to someone. The chatbot seems very enthusiastic and scripted.
The email response seems less enthusiastic, but still very scripted as it relates to the subject.
I say this because what I am actually experiencing is not being addressed in the responses at all. I have invested time and money into a game I love, but losing an account or the ability to sign in on different devices after doing a required update 0.30.0 is just wrong.
- Expanding to pc players changed the game in an unfortunate way
- Unresolved bugs which i believe are caused by out of control hackers
Preferred solution: Full refund
