Called a second time and that customer service rep state there is a "No refund policy". No such notice is shown on the web site so beware. If you do order cancel in 2 weeks or else...............of course 2 weeks is not sufficient time to determine if the product works but they do not care.
Stay away from this vendor and their products or consider the fees a donation for a bad cause. READ ALL OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT................................................................
