I ordered a harmon kardon invoke over two weeks ago. I searched for it on google shopping and found the offer no more than 10 items down the search results. thinking it was a reputable vender because of how quickly I found this item, i went ahead and purchased it. I got one email the day I bought it with an order confirmation. 5/14 today i emailed the support email address listed in the initial email; refer to pics

Failure to deliver, website down, no response, FRAUD

They failed to deliver since April 25th and their website is down. Obvious fraud. Reported to bank.

Thanoshop scam

A week ago I ordered a product from Thanoshop, a shopping website that Shopify helped build, and I think I got scammed because I can’t enter the website, I cant call the thanoshop company nor email. I tried calling Shopify for details, But they don’t answer my calls nor reply to my emails.

I also placed an order through Thanos shop for a Sonos sub and paid them through my debit card $279.99 I have not received the product nor have I received any response to my emails asking the status

Another Fake Ripoff Site Hosted by Shopify

While Shopify does offer a legit service to some 600,000 sites. Many scammers slip in unnoticed all too easily. Thanoshop.com the newest scam rip offer.

I got ripped off by them as well. The email receipt at the bottom says "built with Shopify".

The Thanos site itself has been taken down. Credit card bill shows the charge came from "Blueflame Plumbing" out of Kansas.

Email reciept has no contact info to follow up on my order. I've notified my card company and they are issuing refund.

What makes you think this is a Shopify site? This isn't a Shopify site.

A quick way to tell is to check out the page source.

There's nothing in there to indicate it's on the Shopify platform. Have you been scammed or are you just assuming this is a scam site?
