Rude customer service

Ive never given any bad feedback to any company, but for ladco its happened to me sop many times. English is not my first language but i understand the most. The guy who answered the phone said like has an attitude always. I do not know every about the policy of your company, thats why i try to find a solution. I don understand why you have to talk with attitude.
