The situation has been resolved. The USA Thai Airways number to call to accept USA credit cards is 1-800-767 -**** business hours Monday through Friday Pacific standard time 6:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m.

I was able to find this solution on my own. Thai Airways customer service staff did not know about suggesting their Los Angeles office as a solution.

Your website advertises many forms of payment. I've been trying for 2 days to make a payment. Your customer service says I need to use a Thai credit card. I do not have access to a Thai credit card. This makes it impossible for me to make my ticket purchase. Please present another solution so I can make a ticket upgrade purchase with Thai airways. PayPal link? USA Thai airways customer service that takes US credit card payment? SFO Thai counter desk in person payment? Thank you, Julie

My complaint has been lodged.

I have at this stage refrained from contacting your CEO Mr Chai Eamsiri.

I am more upset that the lack of response is extenuating this matter.

To say that I was over charged for my baggage is an understatement.

I could have flown first class with change.

My $3500 business class flight ended up over $7000.

Disgusting.

I am waiting on a reasonable refund.

I have the email contacts for not only your CEO but your manager of customer relations and an executive director of Thaiairlines.

I will allow you one week, 5 working days to respond with some sensible response. Then I will be talking about this to every senior board member.

Non-Response From Customer Service Regarding COVID Refund

I was booked to travel during COVID but flight was cancelled. I requested a refund as above.

I have tried to chase this refund for 4 years and am told it is in progress.However when I go onto the link provided online it says my account received a chargeback, it did not and I have documentation to prove so. I have sent this to customer services on several occasions in Melbourne (flight was Australia to UK so was booked via them) and tehy are not responding. Voicemails are not responded to. This is horrendous service is incredibly frustrating to not be responded to.

I have tired to contact multiple peope and am receiving nothing in response. I want my refund.

I paid 2 flights and was confirmed and approved on both airline website and my bank app. But then on your sites it says is on hold and to proceed the payment. But on my bank account the money are gone and i asked my bank and i sent the money and us waiting for you to collect it.

I am asking for compensation as a sign of recognition of the dommage and trauma I went through during my flight from Bangkok to Frankfurt with Paris as a final destination

1.EXPANSIVE DIRECT FLIGHT 'DELAYED' BY MORE THAN 10 HOURS! (DISGUISED CANCELLATION)

I was supposed to take a direct flight from Bangkok to Paris at 9pm30 - it was delayed to 7:30am.

Unacceptable. I had to agree to take the next flight because I had to be in Paris before 11am to get a train to Lille and I would have lost my train ticket, and more money!

When I bough this ticket, I paid extra money for extra peace and fast arrival to Paris and this has been the first situation to prevent me from what I exactly paid for: peace. This was not a delayed flight, it was disguised cancellation. Be honest to your customers.

MY FIRST NEIGHBOUR IN THE FLIGHT TOOK ALL THE SPACE: I HAD TO CHANGE MY SEAT BECAUSE OF HER. She was at 68F. As I arrived in the plane, I was moved from my original seat to 68D by the stewardesses as there was more space. The moment we finished dinner, she simply took all the space of the empty seat next to me and even put her feet on the seat head in front of me!

This is so disrespectful and daring. She literally made me leave my seat to another one offered by the stewardess.

3. THE MAN BEHIND ME PUT MY SEAT UPRIGHT 3 TIMES AND VIOLENTLY POKED ME SEVERAL TIMES. I left my original seat because of that disrespectful woman to another seat.

Now, everytime i would go to the toilet, my seat would be put back upright without me understanding how. The last time I went to the toilet, it was put upright again and then I put it down again. At this time, the individual behind me started to STRONGLY TOUCH MY ARM WITH HIS (dirty) FINGERS TOO MANY TIMES. Why?

Because he did not want me to put my seat back. Why? Because he is too fat.

This disgusting and repulsive man is responsible for the violation of my physical safety. He left me absolutely traumatised by TOUCHING ME.

This is an act reprehensible by the law and I am asking for your support to not leave this offense unpunished. What else can he do to other passengers - especially young women like me?

Here is the face of the culprit and seat number 48F.

His argument? I was not supposed to be in the seat in front of him. Yes, you read that right.

I was actually not even supposed to be on that flight! The amount of disrespect, stupidity and perversity of that man is a danger for not only me but the whole community of travellers. This is NOT OKAY AND CANNOT BE LEFT UNPUNISHED. He is going to do it again to other passengers if you do not do anything about it.

IMG_7111.MOV To conclude, let me show you what those two individuals has done to me: The stewardess have been absolutely useless in trying to defend or calm me down. No sign of empathy whatsoever. Emotions are actually scaring them and leave them absolutely indifferent. Only the boss of the stewardess eventually managed to recognise the trauma I was going through.

You can contact him to attest the veracity of my accusation.

I have eventually been sent to another seat, sobbing traumatised. I wished the first stewardess took the original matter more seriously and let me go in the « extra supplement » seat from the start to prevent me the second experience where my physical safety has been put in danger.

Here is the last seat I eventually ended up. I should have been seated there from the very first problem with the first passenger instead of being asked to pay 90 dollars extra for BASIC TRANQUILITY. Do you realise the absurdity of this situation?!

4.

MY LUGGAGE CAME BACK BROKEN

Cherry on the cake: my brand new suitcase came back with a broken wheel. I am asking for a full refund of the cost of my luggage. 67, 74 ringgit - invoice attached.

Ten years that I have been flying over the world, this has NEVER happened to me. Flights have always been a pleasant and uplifting experience for me.

Always until today. So, what will you do now to compensate for the experience I have paid you for and is leaving me traumatised for life?

FYI, I am the Head of Communication of a big international company. I know the media really well in Asia and Europe.

I know the power of social media when sharing unfair stories. I believe In the power of Humanity to make an unfair situation known to the whole world and protect others from going through the same traumatic experience.

I was travelling from India to thailand on 10th August i was first time.traveller i had Visa bht these guys during immigration keep telling we will not let you go as you did not book return flihhht with same.airways also 0nr should be same. I got harrased 1 hour after so many request theae guys told me taken 20k thai bhat then only we will allow .even ther was nothing written in flight policy i have comolain to the customer care but no response yet.so if yoi are going anywhere from thai airways please dont use worst servuce and customer handelin

Lost my property

I email them so many times, but they guys didn't reply and keep ignoring my emails. I lost my bag in Sydney airport, someone took my bag and left his bag in airport, all the contact details in his bag, and they can contact easily, but they are still waiting for his call or response, if you guys have contact details and everything they need to contact him because my important documents was in there.
