I had an issue with my Atlas jack plate. I called their customer service, and it was communicated to me that I needed a new relay harness.
I stated that I had the jack plate for 2 years, and the representative said it was still under warranty.
I emailed TH the proof of purchase and received a new harness several days later. Thanks, TH, for the excellent customer service!

Never received product
- - Ordered a Hydrowave on the 10th; still no product on the 24th.
- - Called 3 times; CSR gave run-a-round and I asked to cancel.
Ordered a Hydrowave on the 10th. Today is the 24th, still no product.
Called 3 times and spoke with the same CSR. Gave me the run-a-round claiming the product is in stock. She did not know why it was not shipped.
I ask her to cancel this order. With me being in the customer service business with 1200 locations, this is not acceptable business practice.

Bad actuator,on Micro jack
- - Jack plate stuck up for a month and wouldn't go down.
- - Actuator was the issue; CNC sent a replacement in four days and the fix worked.
Had jack plate on for a month, stuck on up possession would not go down.My mechanic determined it was the actuator,called CNC they sent me a new one with in 4 days that was good, its just a shame to have to deal with that on a fishing trip . Found out this is not uncommon.but I appreciate the quick response!
