Within a few hours of booking a train journey the service was cancelled and changed to a bus! Could not cancel for a refund as part of the journey was advance! Not the first time TFW have let me down!
All my experience with TFW is negative
The journey was changed with very little notice and a refund was not available. I booked for my husband who was travelling alone and aged 76.
His booking reference is: PROOEE5FL and he was expecting to collect his ticket at Aberystwyth and two changes en route.
Very short notice given of changes! Very poor service as Ive personally experienced previously!
