Hi,

I ordered online in FB ( Electronic Deals) which is company name Clothing Hub

I received wrong items and I tried to contact with them they refused to answer me instead they blocked me in Facebook so I called the TFM express who delivered my ORDER and they said they can't do anything about it they suggested for me to call the number of shipper 055692**** uae number. The one who answered my call is woman voice, I explained everything then she told me she don't have money to call the TFM express and she asked me to send her 100 aed DU balance so what I did I called TFM express to asked them to called for me the lady and over the phone I heard her saying just hung up the phone so they hung up and He asked me to call her back when I called again she told me the same thing to send her money 100 aed balance DU.

So I tried so many times to contact the TFM they refused to help me top.

TMF Comm has the WORST customer service EVER

TFM Comm has the worst customer service ever! I am required to have my car serviced every 60 due to a DUI conviction. I have to take my car to TFM Comm and pay $15.00 to have my breathalyzer switched out. It take 2 minutes and is no different than plugging in a computer monitor. The receptionist in the service department rep in the Topeka, KS location always acts like I am wasting her time and a nuisance to her. I had to wait 2 hours to have the device swapped as the technician was at lunch and she was not "trained" or perhaps "qualified" to perform such a task. After waiting to hours I went to use the restroom and saw the technician was working in the garage. I then asked for his assistance and he changed the device.

I spoke with the company I have the breathalyzer through and was informed that was TFM Comm is the only location in town that I could have the device serviced at. So I am FORCED to return to this HORRIBLE COMPANY and put up with their HORRIBLE service!! I am a paying customer and should be treated like one!!
