Excellent
- Paula at Rexes gave attentive, helpful health answers.
- Purebred kittens were chosen for personality and low shedding to help allergies.
I have purchased two kittens from Paula at Rexes and had great experiences with her. Anytime I had health questions she was available, attentive, and helpful.
My cats are great. I purchased pure breeds for the personality and the lack of shedding. It helps with my husband's allergies.
I have owned rescue dogs and cats and pure breeds. Pure breeds are always more susceptible to health issues.
It's the downside to breeding. You take the good with the bad. With rescues, once you get past initial health needs, a mix breed is almost always healthier. Plus, you have saved a life.
I only know Paula, but what I know of this breeder, she is good and kind and responsible.
Money and breeding will not buy perfection. Get over it.
Texas Rexes
- Very dissatisfied; would not buy from this breeder.
- Poor service, pushy, rude; asked for a refund.
- Breeder stalked my social media and insulted me.
I would pay 3 times their prices before I’d ever purchase from this breeder! Poor customer service, poor quality photos of kittens, very pushy.
The mood changed the second my deposit arrived. Breeder rubbed me the wrong way, and was rude so asked for a refund, then breeder stalked my social media, commented rudely and picking a fight on anything i posted on Facebook, publicly posted bad about me on their Facebook page.
Completely unacceptable behavior for a business. Again, I’d pay triple before i gave them a penny!
Texasrexes Sales Representative Review
I have gotten 2 beautiful cats from Rhonda. She is sweet, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the breed. I would definitely buy another Rex from her
DO NOT get a cat/kitten from TEXAS REXES
- Two cats tested positive for worms.
- Coats have little curl.
- Health guarantee not in writing.
- Over breed all of their cats for profit.
I have had the great displeasure of purchasing two cats from Rhonda at Texas Rexes. Not only did both of my cats test positive for worms (when first bringing them home) they both have little to NO curl in their coats.
She says they offer a health guarantee but it is not in writing. They over breed all of their cats and are just looking to turn a profit. It is sad that this breed of cat is already going down this path. Skip texas rexes and rexes r us.
The lady who is now breeding the rexes r us cats used to breed together. Look else where for a healthy cat!
