Good day to whom this may concern. Hello, my name is Steven Gonzales.
I just want to ask you if someone can contact us back at 210-461-**** to see if we can file a motion to enforce judgment. I was helped by one of your staff lawyers named Daniel, and he could not attend court. I'm just glad he lifted us up in a good sense to return a reply from court because the landlord gave the judge the wrong vacate notice and the judge sided with us, the defendant.
Well, after court, I received a letter in the mail from the courts saying that the landlord takes nothing, that the plaintiffs were to pay and not take.
So my question is here, seriously, please return my answer as fast as possible. Please, I have been studying about why, after court, we are receiving statements of water, light, and rent when we have never seen this statement since we have lived here in this property. Please let us know if it's illegal to have sent us this after court. It seems it's retaliation, so I was searching for something about a motion that enforces a judgment order to not have this statement held against us because I was through a rapid rehousing program and I am disabled.
Please help me. If I don't get this statement off my credit, I won't be able to find stable housing. Please help.
What is the best I should or should not do? Thank you.
- Good help fast
- Not enough funding
Preferred solution: statement not to be held on our credit we made attempt to pat the management did not accept paymennt
