Hi, my name is Kurt. I am emailing you because of something that happened Saturday evening at the game.
My girlfriend and I got to the game a little late because of a delayed flight into DFW. Whenever we finally got to the ballpark we were the only ones going up the escalator and slowly taking steps as we got closer to the top when I noticed an elderly lady at the top screaming at us to stop walking. She was extremely rude and and was treating us like children. It was completely uncalled for and I was upset with the way she spoke to my girlfriend and I.
She continued her ugly attitude with us when we got to the top. I had just paid over $350 for the tickets and wasnt able to get there until 4th inning. We were not running or anything inappropriate. Just wanting to get to our seats.
Then after the game we went back down stairs and were stopped by another elderly lady treating us like criminals asking us where we were going. We were going to the merchandise shop to get a hat but I was so annoyed I didnt buy anything. I do not appreciate being treated the way we were treated. I understand they have a job to do but part of that job is not to be rude and speak down to us or any other fans.
I hope you speak to these people and let them know courtesy is still ok to have when dealing with the public. Thank you

The process was easy. John delivered excellent customer service.

Preferred solution: I wanted 3 tickets and I got them. The process was harder than it should be.
