I want to have a Hearing for being told this doctor did nothing wrong
I need a resolution
I want to understand how it's ok for a doctor to ban a patient from the clinic without notice for complaining about the service also her staff mistreating the patient It's just not fair, and I would like to know why this doctor has the right to ban me from the entire clinic then not tell me until the day of my appointment and I just actually found a doctor 4 months later after being in hit-and-run car accident so how does a doctor get away with mistreating patient with no consequences
- Other doctor
- None caring doctors

The Medical Board protects doctors, not patients.
The medical board investigated the complaint I filed against the surgeon who erred in my husband's surgery. The errors caused his death.
This was a simple gall bladder removal procedure. The board issued a disciplinary sanction, fined her $3000 and ordered her to complete 24 hours of further education. She completed the education in 6 weeks and paid the fine. Not appropriate for taking someone's life.
The sanction appears on her medical license. The board did not even have the courtesy to notify me of their findings, I just kept checking her license to find the outcome of their investigation and litigation.
simply had to keep checking her license for the outcome. style="background-color:
User's recommendation: Always check a doctor's license on TMB website. Read any documents regarding sanctions and know that the board will do as little as possible to protect patients. At least they issue sanctions and we can chose not to use a doctor who's record includes a sanction(s).
I FILED A COMPLAINT ON 2 DOCTORS WHO WORL WITH HEALTH TEXAS FOR GTOSS NEGLIGIENT
THE BOARD DISMISSED THE CASES FOR INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE AND CLOSED THE FILES HOWEVER, I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF THE COMMITTEE BOARD MEMBERS WORK FOR THE SAME MANAGING COMPANY. THE MANAGING COMPANY IS HEALTH TEXAS, I BELIEVE THAT THIS WOULD BE CONFLICT OF INTEREST. I NEED MY COMPLAIN TO BE PROPERLY REVIEW BECAUSE I BELIEVE THAT MY MOTHER IS A VICTIM OF WRONGFUL DEATH.

Physician left bone in my butt which caused a coxxygeal hernia.
Dr. Stephen Esses performed a coxxygectomy on me and left a piece of loose bone where surgery was performed.
Piece of bone caused a coxxygeal hernia. Three surgeons had to be there to perform repair. All three surgeons saw the piece of bone. Repair had to be performed again a year later.
We spoke before medical board panel. They decided physician met minimal standards of board. Too bad for me.If it had been one of their butts with a hernia that changed their lives forever, (can't sit, can't ride in car more than an hour, can't do any work that I planned on doing after retirement) they would have found negligence! They are volunteers - Dr.
Esses probably paid them off. He is in with a malpractice lawyer in Baytown.
He has even done same thing to other patients. My hope was that he would not be able to do hernia surgeries on other patients.

My sister in law went into the hospital and she never came out. I believe the doctor is a quack and needs to be studied and removed from performing surgeries until further examination.
I'm not sure how many patients that is has destroyed their lives. He calls her the night before surgery to cancel and reschedules for two to three weeks later. What doctor does that? The patient mindset is all geared for that day and he calls to cancel.
That tells me the surgery wasn't needed, it wasn't that serious that it needed to be done at the particular time. The surgery was scheduled March 12, 2019. So, when he finally got around to performing the surgery she never walked again. She walked in however; she never walked out again.
She died no more than six months later. The rehab never got her to walk again. This is unacceptable and I never heard of this kind of treatment and behavior. My husband lost his sister and she was only 72 years old.
My husband is 88 years old and going strong and healthy.
I will pursue this issue until I get results. I don't care about monetary compensation I want him removed and for this not to happened to anyone else.

Liars!!!!!!!!
The Texas Medical Board in Austin, Texas Sucks!!! They are in it with the doctors. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE EVEN THERE.
Unprofessional Dr. Brian Adam Hajovsky
I have retina problems. I have used Dr.
Hajovsky for a few years for 3 surgeries. During the last surgery unknowingly there was a lapse between my Cobra insurance and my Medicare and my supplement. I owed $1,000 for the surgery. I was just getting started on my SSI and my Medicare.
I had another bleed in my eye. I called to make a appointment. They told me to come in. I received a call back saying I had to pay my previous bill first or go to JPS.
I got a loan and payed the bill. I went in I could tell a difference in my treatment. He said he could see the blood but could not see where it was coming from. I would need surgery.
My insurance company called me to let me know it was approved. So I called to see when it was scheduled. They said they had not received the go ahead from my cardiologist. I called my cardiologist to see if I could help get the information they needed.
They said they had not received any thing from Dr. Hajhovsky's office. They ask for his name and number then sent the approval anyway. I waited three more days and called again to see if it had been scheduled.
They said they still did not get a approval from my cardiologist. I then called my cardiologist again. They said they had sent the approval that they were going to send the reading of my test. This is my eye sight I am talking about.
I could not hardly see out of my right eye. I began to have a uneasy feeling about this Ophthalmolgy Associates office. My eye began to in prove. They called two weeks after I was told that I needed surgery that they were ready to schedule.
I told the nurse that my eye had improved and that I was feeling uneasy about my Dr. She said I could get a second opinion. I told her I would come in and have him look at it to make sure it was okay. I went in Dr.
Hajovsky looked at it gave a good report. He then rolled his stool in front of me and told me he did not want to do surgery on me . That I had called to many times and I was unhappy how they ran there office. Bear in mind that this is my eye sight we are talking about.
These people didn't seem to care if I went blind. Two weeks to schedule a surgery on a bleeding eye. Thanks to God it had improved. He proceeded to tell me it was okay that I was told to JPS that is were people like me went that could not pay their bills.
Remember I had paid my bill, yes it was late but paid. Then he said he was firing me as a patient. I told him that all of the girls in his office didn't make much more than I did when I was forced to retire dew to medical reasons so they had better get there ducks in a row or they would be right there also. He was still rambling on.
I told him that the conversation was over. I proceeded to get up and leave. He is still rambling . I said you don't have to walk through my yard to get to heaven.
Then he really start's getting louder with how much he does for people. His nurse told him that he needed to move his stool so I could leave. He moved it still rambling getting louder . I left saying have a good day.
Went to check out I had over paid enough that one and half visits was paid. His conduct was very, very unprofessional
Psychiatrist knowingly making a false medical record
I went before the Texas Medical board in March of 2018, I had filed a police report against assault by a co-worker and my company took me out of service, unfit for duty. I was required to see a psychiatrist that was appointed by the company. He knowingly made a false medical document declaring that I was paranoid/delusional/having a severe psychiatric disorder requiring medication, unfit for duty. I now have a lawsuit filed against the company but I would like to have my medical records totally deleted.
This is a long and complicated story, the Texas medical board was totally worthless in helping out with this situation. When I finally had my appeal date, their only answer was to go after my company with #METOO , #TIMESUP.
This psychiatrist has a moral, ethical and legal obligation to provide a true and accurate diagnosis, instead he abused his position as a psychiatrist/medical Dr.
Thank you

Denied Medical Review
So what are we going to do about Insurance companies. Doctors and Hospital that lie and cover up *** surgeries and deny proper medical review for those patients, I'm sure their are those in the medical system that know what I'm talking about.
Like this one, (((( Robert W Robinson vs Cigna Health Care , Dr Gary Gartsman of the Fondren Orthopedic Group , The Texas Medical Board , Dr Angela McCain , Aetna Health Care , The Texas Insurance Board. ))) Now these people can still deny this all they want, just like they always have been denying it. But this one thing they can never do, is to prove Robert wrong by challenging Robert in public over his complaints. What is worse than cancer?
Doctors and Hospitals and Insurance companies that will lie and
cover up medical mistakes. How sad it is to know that this sick way of thinking still goes on with are so called elite in
our health care system, the very one's that advertise how great and caring they are. It was Cigna that sent Robert to the Fondren Orthopedic Group in Houston Texas and it was you Cigna that allowed those doctors to dump Robert like trash and deny the proper medical care Robert needed after a very heinous botched surgery done to Robert by the hands of Dr Gary Gartsman, which this doctor to this very day along with certain agencies in Texas denies Robert the fair medical review of that surgery that left Robert with medical damage to his brachial plexus trunk, medical damage to his rotator cuff, a torn thoracic never that produced a winging shoulder blade that caused a patch of scleroderma to spend out that is effecting Robert's muscles and spine and not to forget the totally out of place shoulder and a abnormal cut to Robert's clavicle and the medical problems effecting Robert's neck because of the massive blow that was done to Robert's upper right extremity in surgery. All this because Robert was treated like a number and never was given a proper medical review of Robert's medical problems before the surgery that gave Dr Gary Gartsman no idea of what he was doing in surgery that caused the botched surgery that damaged Robert's body.
After being dumped after surgery with no proper care Robert was left to deal with the pain and medical problems on his own and if that wasn't bad enough insult upon insult was given to Robert by the mouth of a Cigna Rep., Loresa Long that told Robert that Cigna and everyone involved will deny everything and Cigna and everyone involved did deny it and allowed it to be covered up along with certain agencies in Texas all these years and they would always ignore Robert's request for a fair medical review of the surgery and the medical damage that surgery caused. And Aetna was no better, Aetna Health Care allowed MRI films to be taken of Robert's extremities through a orthopedic doctor, Dr Henry Blum that Robert was denied the medical review of those films and Aetna would not help Robert get those MRI films for a review. And how in the world did the President of the Texas Medical Board come up with the only diagnose of Robert's problem being a sprain neck in a report that he gave Robert even after Robert paid to have Cat-Scan before that visit that show a lot more medical problems that was effecting Robert. And to this day nobody will address the shot Dr Angela McCain put into Robert's upper back in-order to try and hide the spreading of the scleroderma that was torn open in the botched surgery.
This sick game that doctors and Insurance companies allow against patients with these type of problems really needs to come to a stop. Robert's medical review is way over due but still needs to take place, proper closure over medical disputes should always be the norm and nobody should ever give up the fight to see that it takes place no matter how long it's been, especially when damages accrue to a patient in a surgery. Problems do happen to some people in a surgery, some even fatal, but to take away a fair medical review and lie and cover up those medical mistake over *** surgeries is unacceptable and should be confronted at all levels. Dr Gary Gartsman of the Fondren Orthopedic Group people say that you are a supper doctor and other doctors follow you around, so here is a question for you supper doctor Gary Gartsman and the Texas Medical Board, in you medical opinions don't you think it's been long over due to see that a fair and proper closure takes place for Robert or are you really that cruel like you have been towards Robert all these years by denying Robert the closure he has been asking for or is that just how doctors normally act towards the ones they *** up in surgeries, please supper Dr Gary Gartsman you have no right to get mad at what I'm saying so get over it, because you were not the one that suffered with it all these years and you was not the one that was humiliated by being denied proper treatment and closure of this problem all these years and above all you are not the one that has to live with your mistakes that Robert has to live with.
And this is for Cigna and Aetna Health Care why do you allow this sick ungodly thinking to go on in he health care system towards patients that go through *** surgeries and you Attorney's that defend this type of ungodly behavior of doctors and Insurance companies toward patients of botched surgeries just shows how really sick minded people you are and the type of Attorney's we should not allow in our legal system.
What good is the Insurance Board or Medical Board if they can't police the health care system and put a end to this wicked evil behavior towards the innocent patients of *** surgeries. The purpose of this letter is to speak out against this behavior and to seek the fair medical review Robert has been denied so closure can take place that will help bring the healing.
