How is this place even legal
- - Paid $413 for USCIS medical exam; they required three blood draws.
- - Lab delays caused repeats; USCIS packet fees rise April 1.
I paid $413 for my wife to get her USCIS medical examination done here and they made her go back 3 SEPARATE TIMES FOR BLOOD SAMPLES because they kept forgetting to send it to the lab. Absolutely unacceptable considering the fees for USCIS packets go up April 1st and stressed many times to the office that we needed to get the packet out before then. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
- Sloppy management and they do not return phone calls

Update : They didn't pay labcorp for one of the blood tests so they kept sending my wife bills until it went to collections. Despite going to the business multiple times for them to resolve their issue.
Please call to submit a complaint: 833-709-****. I am so tired of hearing horror stories about this unlawful "medical" facility. All their health workers are incompetent.
