Corruption In The Texas Lottery

I believe the Texas Lottery is running a CROOKED and CORRUPT organization due to drawing duplicate lottery numbers sometimes in the SAME week/month especially with the Pick 3 & Daily 4 drawings. Proof of duplicate numbers and corruption are in the attachments and the video below:

The Texas Lottery is NOT random if they continue to draw the same numbers!!
They NEED to pick different numbers and give other players a fair shake for ONCE!!! But they WON'T do that because they DON'T play fair.
I FIRMLY conclude that an investigation into the operations at the Texas Lottery is warranted. Maybe then it can be a clean and honest business. They need to STOP manipulating the lottery drawings!!

I think the people at the Texas Lottery think that players have NO brains and maybe they are right. Players are foolish to play the Texas Lottery Commission's games and buy those horrible scratch-offs that DON'T pay out CRAP. The TLC has lied to and cheated players like ME, but we CONTINUE to SUPPORT them by playing!!
