We made the mistake of signing up for a one month program online and never used it. They continued to charge us around $50 several times a month for about three months for no reason. If you try to dispute or cancel they will just argue and fight with you and try to hurt your credit and then threaten you with court proceedings. Theyre corrupt thieves!

They will steal hundreds from you

I cancelled my membership due to me living in the state of GA. I sent in a letter as directed by the person I spoke to on the phone as well as the address on their website over a year ago. I haven't received a call back or any indication that I was a member anymore so I thought everything was taken care of. Over a year later and now I'm being charged $300.00 for a membership I canceled OVER A YEAR AGO for no longer living in the same state, therefore making it impossible to use their services. I have been calling every number available and have been bounce back and forth with no one helping me resolve this problem.

User's recommendation: As an army vet who has had to move a lot please listen to me when I say. Don't go, don't sign up, don't give them any of your time or money.
