IT IS A SCAM
- - They charged 900 for a 4-year chimney cleaning/painting contract.
- - They refuse to schedule and honor the contract, and the Dallas address is not theirs.
They charge me 900 dollars for 4 years contract to clean and paint if necessary my chimney. Also, paint the top of the chimney if necessary.
They did a poor job, and now they refuse to schedule an appointment to honor the contract I paid.
The contact has the address of an apartment in Dallas, instead of their real address.

SCAM ALERT- BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Would leave a zero star review if possible.
Found them on Groupon in 2021, got persuaded into a $700 to get my ducts deep cleaned (good for once a year for 3 years). I did it cause the tech said my house needed it after he did the service based on my Groupon. 30 minutes later, barely got any more dust out from ducts, left me the bag of trash, ding up my stair and walked all over the house with his shoes ( we don't wear shoes in door). Now 2022, I scheduled for my duct cleaning, on the date of, they told me in order to use my "warranty" I would be charged another $49 for trip fee if I want it done.
Told Rachel (the customer service rep) that this fee was never informed to me before this day. She said may be the rep forgot to tell me but that's a trip fee. I asked her where is this on the contract, she said may be the tech forgot to put it on there. Basically if you want to use your warranty as intended you must pay the fee, even though they never told you about it before.
The tech is an hour late from the time she told me he would come and no one had bother to call me. I asked her to tell her tech to wear shoes cover she told me they don't have any so I told her I will be provided plastic bags as shoes cover then. However, doesn't look like they are coming today...Maybe I should just save my future $49+$49 and considered that $700 a scam loss for what it is. Please consider my advise and stay away from this business.
You probably don't even need your duct clean or just stick with whatever the Groupon works for.
It is a big waste of money and a hassle to deal with these people. You can thank me later.
