They charge me 900 dollars for 4 years contract to clean and paint if necessary my chimney. Also, paint the top of the chimney if necessary. They did a poor job, and now they refuse to schedule an appointment to honor the contract I paid. The contact has the address of an apartment in Dallas, instead of their real address.

User's recommendation: Don't use this company.

I never used the coupon for Texas duct pros and I was asked for a review for their service which I didnt use. Not really a pissed customer now I just want my coupon back so I can actually use it
