Ordrred a cream press 4-3-17. They sent wrong item. I called he said no longrr carry item and would remove it from yheir website. Told me to return it and they would credit our acct. Today 5-1'17, hadoto file a dispute with our bank because they never credited our account. Would never recommend. Should have used Amazon where ghings are guaranteed.

I purchased a few items from this company on 4/22/15. I wrote in to them asking them when will I get a tracking number and when will my items be shipped out. I wrote several email to this company in different departments. Nobody replied back. Yesterday I got a response. Someone said they would look into it and get back with me yet and still that person didn't contact me back. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company. They seem unprofessional and don't care about their customers. Once I finally get my purchase from them I will not be buying anything else from this place.

I used Texas beauty company to order ELASTIderm eye cream from OBAGI and when it arrived it was totally not authentic it was extremely thin and watery. I have used this product many times before so I know a fake when I see one. I refuse to waste my time going back-and-forth with returns and refunds. It's true what they say you get what you pay for. Total garbage stay away from this company .

Lost my return and won't refund
I purchased a curling iron from this company. When I received it I realized that I needed to return it for a different size. I mailed it back to the address specified. They said when they received it they'd refund and exchange for the model I needed. I followed up after 2 weeks and they said they hadn't received it. I got an email telling me they'd check again but never heard back. I followed up three more times via email and now they won't respond back to me. I let them know I was trying to purchase something else (more expensive!!) and that I was disappointed but still nothing...

Order Item, Not as advertised-Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a an item from Texas Beauty Supply. Only to be sent the wrong item. I called 4 times and emailed...They never called back and replied 2 days later (after each email). I wanted to exchange or refund. I decided to get my money back considering the customer service doesn't exist...oh wait 'Grace' replies but needs you to respond to her ASAP. Then they tell me they'll take a 15% restocking fee. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH BUYING FROM! Do not waist your time or money, there are other companies who at least have decent policies. Horrible customer service.

Texas Beauty has NO customer service
I placed an order with these guys and they sent me the incorrect item. I quickly emailed them to let them know of the mistake. I received no reply. I emailed again, still, no reply. I attempted to call their phone and was always sent to voicemail, which they also didn't reply to. After five days I finally got a reply. They wrote, "please send our product back to us" and left an address. That was it! No sorry, no explanation, no we will fix the problem, just ship our product back to us. I emailed them again and received a reply two days later stating that not only did they want their product back but they expected me to pay return shipping for their mistake. I called and left another voicemail. Again, no reply. Now I'm stuck with the wrong item that I don't dare send back because I will never get the item I was supposed to. I have to get something from the $150 I spent. Worst $150 I have ever spent. I love paying for other people's mistakes. This company's incompetence exceeds most. Horrible experience! Stay Away!!!

A Nightmare
I don't know how these people stay in business! I tried to order a simple item online and their ordering system would not let me order it - it just kept saying to add more items to my shopping cart, but didn't say what the minimum order amount was for U.S. shoppers. They did state what the minimum was for international sales. I wasted a whole hour trying to figure out how to place my order. Finally emailed them, and found out they have a $9.00 minimum (I only wanted a nail repair kit). Fine. A few days later I went back online and picked out my nail kit and added a bottle of polish to bring it up past their minimum. Order went through, although they doesn't give you a choice of signing up like most other etailers, you MUST go through google, yahoo or one other website - what a pain! So, I just ordered as a guest and so you must do without a tracking number. Well, guess what? Three days later they sent an email and said they don't have the nail kit in stock. This place must be run by folks with the intelligence of a doorknob. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. NEVER AGAIN! I have been ordering online for quite a few years, and I have to say that these people take the cake for online idiocy! I do not recommend this online store to anyone! Beware!

Texas Beauty Supply "Careless" I ordered, Paid and never seen the product
Texas beauty, not for me... I ordered 10 packages of a specific skin cleanser, paid but never seen the package ariving. After talking to them they didn´t seem bothered. so i never got my money back or the package. I am never dealing with this guys again. I'm starting to hate more and more this company websites, too many scams online and because of that everyone will turn to paypal especialy on ebay wich for me remains the safest way to purchase online,almost everytime i tried to deal with other websites there are problems...SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS

I made a purchase on-line with this company on 4/22/15. I still haven't gotten a tracking number yet or when will my items be shipped out.
I have written several emails to this company asking this question finally someone wrote me back and said they will look into what happened and never got back in touch with me.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this company. I'm still waiting for my answer to find out what happened to the items I purchased.
