Milliken Construction in El Paso is delaying inspection of a carport converted to garage. I have been in El Paso since 27May. Must return to Denton to complete my doctoral studies. El Paso is lax and if job is not completed and my corvette is stolen due to no garage door, I will sue Milliken and the City of El Paso.Investigate
