Welcome to TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and thanks for enrolling in our online training program. Here are the course and payment details. Please respond back to this email immediately, so that we can give you the confirmed schedule for training sessions and to provide the server access/Software/material as per your requirement.
Terms & Conditions
This Training Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between, “TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS” and "Consultant".
WHEREAS, TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS provides certain software-related services to businesses, including analysis, design, programming and implementation of application systems; and
WHEREAS, TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS , in an effort to fortify its workforce, is interested in entering into arrangements to provide certain individuals with software training that, in TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS opinion, could render such individuals qualified to seek and gain employment with TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS ; and
WHEREAS, Consultant has expressed an interest in working as an employee of TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and receiving such software training;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the respective promises and representations contained in this Agreement, TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and Consultant agree as follows:
1. TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS shall provide the following services to Consultant:
a. TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS shall provide training to the consultant in the registered course.
b. If Consultant participates and completes, to TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS satisfaction, the training referred to in Paragraph 1.a of this Agreement, TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS will, within two to three months of the date Consultant completes such training and upon starting marketing and upon submitting the updated resume as per the requirements, and upon clearing the vendor submissions, secure and will try to coordinate at least three Interviews between Consultant and current or prospective TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS clients who may be interested in utilizing Consultant’s services. (Not Applicable if consultant has restrictions.)
2. Consultant shall diligently complete the training contemplated by Paragraph 1.a of this Agreement, and shall attend all classes, seminars, and other scheduled tasks that are part of that training. Consultant shall also make himself or herself available for all of the Interviews called for by Paragraph 1.b of this Agreement. Should Consultant fail satisfactorily to participate in the training or fail to be available for TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS presentations/ mock-interviews, or fail to attend interviews with TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS clients, TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS will be relieved of all of its obligations under this Agreement, and will be entitled to retain the Security Deposit.
3. If TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS secures the interviews referred to in Paragraph 1.b of this Agreement, and if one of the current or prospective TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS clients who Interviewed with Consultant wishes to utilize Consultant’s services, Consultant will be required to execute with TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS an employment agreement. Consultant should work with the Company after the placement for a minimum of 12 months.
4. In exchange for the services called for by Paragraph 1 of this Agreement, Consultant shall pay to TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS an agreed upon fee (hereinafter “Security Deposit”). The Security Deposit is due in full on or before the commencement of the training called for by Paragraph 1 of this Agreement. If Consultant is employed by TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS as contemplated by Paragraph 3 of this Agreement, TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS will refund the Security Deposit to Consultant after Three (3) months in Three monthly installments, the first installment starting at the beginning of the fourth month of the commencement of that employment; provided, however that TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS shall be entitled to retain the security deposit if the Consultant fails to complete the training, fails to attend the presentations/mock-interviews contemplated by Paragraph 1.b of this Agreement, or fails comply with the terms of the employment contract with TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS .
5. TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS makes no representation that the training called for by this Agreement is suitable for any purpose other than Consultant's employment with TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is not an accredited educational institution and does not hold itself out as such. TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS does not warrant the suitability of such training for any particular purpose, and disclaims all liability for any claims regarding any deficiency with it.
6. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and Consultant regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings between TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and Consultant regarding that subject matter. This Agreement shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Should it be necessary for TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS to take any legal action to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement, Consultant agrees to pay all costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by TEXAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS in connection with such action. Should any portion of this Agreement be deemed unenforceable by any court of law, arbitrator, or any other person or entity entitled to adjudicate rights and obligations under it, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect to the broadest extent possible.
Return/Refund Policy:
Once registered for the training sessions, the company has right to deduct the fee to cover the costs of demo sessions, administrative costs, Training Expense and server usage as per the instructions below, if the consultant wish to discontinue from the course due to any reason.
• Company has right to deduct anywhere in between $100 to $300, if the consultant has just registered for the training.
• If the Consultant wants the refund of money after attending a minimum of 5 sessions, the company has right to deduct either 50% of the training fee or $600, whichever is higher.
• If the Consultant wants the refund of money after attending a minimum of 10 sessions, there will not be any refund in such case.

Texan Software Solutions is a Ripoff
This company is a scam and a rip-off. They will tell you that they will guarantee placement after the completion of your training.
They even will tell you that they have clients ready to hire you. They will talk about their success rates. This is all lies. The company supposed to offer training, job preparation, and placement.
I don't even think that the people are knowledgeable of what you suppose to learn.
Once you called them for the first time, they will tell you that their training starts immediate after they receive payment. They also tell you that they will refund you if you are not satisfied. All lies!

Once they received all payments, the communication slows down until there are no further communications. Calling them is just a waste of time because they will not return your call.
You will be put through voicemail and they will constantly tell you that the person that you are calling is in a meeting.
I believed that the person that is taking the messages is the same person, but change their identify so that you don't bother them. All I can say is beware of Texan Software Solutions, because they don't deliver what they will tell you.

Wow! undergoing training right now some how keep feeling it is fishy!
I was blind folded and did not put efforts to google for reviews as the Ramesh guy said it is true and you have to stick to get this position just like serving food on the plate in olden days , keep thinking who will serve food these days but never read any reviews . What ever is lost is lost perhaps the training have to be stopped .What ever you ask they just include it in the dream work .
My lessons are going very slowly but the promise of getting into job is 5 weeks and when I mentioned it might take longer the way it progress , they say " No problem ! You can join when ever you can ".I better call the company they said this job is existing before I make any more payments .

This company is a sham.They are complete frauds in the industry and swindle innocent candidates with false information about guaranteed placements within 2-3 weeks of completion of training.Let alone placements, the trainings were of poor quality, with no proper direction on resume preparation, nil mock interviews, or preparation conducted

They just want your money, Not your satisfaction in training
No one holds any responsibility. Every time you call one new person answers your call.
The instructors are the worst people. Once money paid they harass you with words. Classes depend upon the insturctors time availaibility. Students time has no value.
They make you wait for a class and come up with a lame excuse "I forgot" "I am not able to connect" "I have no time to answer your question". They pressurise you to pay initial payment of $200 and then they book you into the course.
After that you will be left with only frustration. You can never fulfill your dream of WORKING with this training institute.
This sector is highly unorganized.
There is no commitment from the trainer or the company to provide you the training.
You will waste your time and peace on relying on this sector ( Irrespective of the company).
Moreover, the folks do not know how to speak english.
It is worth paying something more and getting good training from a better source than the mushroomed companies in this highly unorganized sector.
I think they live on the initial 100$-200$.

FRAUD Company.. I paid money for training and placement from ORISONIT company.
The training was very low quality and I had so many problems with them with training. Upon completion of training they gave up on the marketing completely.
No response from the team. A complete fraud company.

I I just filed a complaint on the FTC website against these Orison IT. I urge everyone to do the same.
I am also gonna call Sulekha and complain about them and threaten legal action if they don't take down Orison IT ads from their website.
I paid $1000 fr BA training and was guaranteed placement by Rekha. I was told that they only take students based on vacancies already available. They wudnt take me in training if a requirement wasn't already there.
One yr later no job. Plz don't waste money on them. I am definitely gonna follow up on this. I'm a US resident and I'm gonna screw these guys.
Tomorrow I am filing a case with BBB against them.

How much is the total course fee? if you have already paid $500 and attending classes, then go ahead with the training.
Talk to previous students who tooks SAN trainng.
Ask the tutor to give contact details who are already placed. you can still ask for refund of $500 is you have taken onyl one or two classes

I was trying to look for SAP trainers. I came across this company.
Guy called Rajiv talked to me and said there are 16 positions for SAP GL functional consultant.He told me to deposit $200 to reserve a seat (as if it is an engineering college seat). I told him i will call int he afternoon. He kept on calling me with diff numbers. He promised me he will place me with pay of $95/hr and refund the fee ($1600) with first month paycheck.I asked about faculty and demo.
He didnt give his details but told me if I pay $200 there will be 3 demo classes.I was tempted and paid $200. Then I read these reviews in the evening. He sent me the link to download the software and scheduled demo class. I told him to refund my $200 back and I am not interested right now to attend classes.
He has not refunded yet but still asking me for flexible hours to take the class. Did anybody get placed from these guys after course completion?
