Like every other review, I signed up for a free trial and the next thing I know my bank account is automatically being deducted. When I tried to email them I received bouncebacks. In the order email it says call them if you have any problems but they don't put a phone number in the email. Got the number from the website and waited on hold for 12 minutes. Spoke with someone who said they couldn't do anything. After fighting, they said they would offer me 30% off. Fought more and they said they would offer me 50% off. Kept fighting and finally got a full refund. I haven't received the refund yet though. Instead of relying on their product to get sales they try and cheat people.
