Hello, I want to let you know I already purchased a membership a few months ago. Now, I filled the test again and Testi app shows I need to buy a membership!
How can this happen? Testi app goes until your practical exam is not passed.

Good evening
I am Dr Muhammad Nasir.My driving licence number is NASIR712316M99MZ and test reference number is 6416****.I want to book my practical test but as soon as I book one it shows error 17 and says that access is denied.It my emergency to book the test as my licence will expire on 4th December. I found multiple dates that I could get but it always shows access denied and it shows my request is blocked by security service.I will attach the screenshot as well.
Can you please resolve my issue as soon as possible so I can book my test.

Kindly assist me with my testing account, in which I find it difficult to access the service, as error code 17 always shows up whenever I click for any new test date. I have updated my phone today to the new version, yet the same message shows up, stating that I have been blocked by DVSA security rules.
Find the attached copy. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

Cancelled my driving test
I book my driving practical test in September in Liverpool which has to be held in January, but I want to change my date so in October i purchased the subscription of this app and with the help of this app I change my test date and location to Leicester which is has to be on 12th November for which i received a email from dvsa for confirmation but on 9th November i just checked dvsa website then realized that my test has been cancelled. When italk to dvsa about this they told me that your test has been cancelled by testi business provider.
I don't know why they cancel my test without even knowing me. I totally disappoint with there service.
User's recommendation: I never recommend this to someone.
Error messages all the time
From my very first time opening the app I got error message 17. This keeps happening every time I press a notification for a test cancellation.
I follow all the recommended actions and still have the same issue. If this doesnt resolve it has been a total waste of money.
