They claim that they will refund you if not happy, but they WON'T
- - Refund within 15 days, but only if payment is INR.
- - Requested refund due to site lockups, poor graphics, and inaccurate questions; payment was USD.
I have contacted the comments several times via email and they keep giving me different excuses to not give my money back although I cancelled within the trial period. they even claimed that I was not initially charged and I was. I was charged the minute that I signed up.
There is supposed to be a refund if requested within 15 days. I requested the refund because the potential new employees that I asked to complete the tests on testgorilla had issues with the site locking up, poor graphics, inaccurate questions etc.
Testgorilla kept asking for more and more proof of the issues that my potential new hires had.
Then, informed me that the refund is only if you pay by INR currency (Indian Rupee) and I am in the US and paid by US currency. So they will never intend to give you a refund of your nearly $1000.00 even if their tests SUCK and you are not happy.
