I did not leave a review,or understand where this website and I became connected. I have done wholesale business with Tesla in 2016 and I am reaching out to them again. I am not upset with them at all. I do not understand.

Not pissed/Teslacig WYE2
This email is in regards to the teslacig wye2, I purchased this mod just under a year ago, by far the best mod I have ever used hands down. However recently the display screen slowly faded to black over about a day, the mod still functions properly minus the display. I have tried everything but disassemble the mod, my question being is there anything I can do to get there screen to function again, or a way I can replace the screen? This is the best mod I have ever used and absolutely do not want to lose it. Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon thank you.

Great disappointment
I bought a Teslacig vape mod for $120 last week thinking I had made a wise purchase in the research I’ve done on the many different vape mods and various company’s I literally had it for 3 days until it feel over on my desk when it feel over it broke so a less than 2 inch drop the mod broke which I thought it had to be defective I’ve had my previous mod from another company for over a year and it definitely took falling over on a desk many times I took this new Teslacig mod back to the vape store I just purchased 3 days prior and was told to contact Teslacig and let them know I probably purchased a defective Mod so I did as the vape store said and have emailed Teslacig Literally everyday for a week straight and have had No response at all not even a courtesy email saying they received my email So unfortunately I got to use the $120 Teslacig vape 3 days I’m greatly disappointed I hope one day Teslacig will respond and make this right

T-Pod wont cut off
Just bought a T-Pod. Problem is when you draw it doesnt stop. Runs for 9 seconds and then says LONG VAPE. Please help. David
