Can't Email Terry's Village (a.k.a. Oriental Trading Company)

The contact forms on Terry's Village site NEVER work. It doesn't matter what info. is included (they ask for the same things over and over too -- evening phone three times I think). I have tried various browsers to see if the forms would work and they don't, and I've tried more than one email address that I use to no avail. They do not want you to contact them! They also refuse to stop sending catalogs that I AM ALLERGIC TO. Handling catalogs and getting ink all over me, breathing in the fumes (yes, they have fumes) is too much to handle a lot of the time and I've asked them to stop. They ignore me.

I will never buy anything from Terry's Village or Oriental Trading Company (same idential company) again. Not ever.

BTW, who set up this website? The choices in your drop down menu have misspellings. Looks VERY unprofessional. Who knows, maybe you were pissed when you set it up. Just so you know, the word Veterinary does not have three "e"s.

Order sent to wrong address

order #66004****

order was sent to an old address in OK

customer service was no help and refused to reimburse postage to have it sent here to MI--so much for free postage

I contacted OK myself and paid to have it shipped to me.

Another customer hits the dust

Never send another catalog I will send it back at your expense or anyway I can to make a point

I have nothing good to say about Terry's Village from here on in.

Marcia Fredline is not a happy camper and has made her last purchase from this very unhelpful customer service

Refusing to publish negative reviews. Selling products containing lead without lableing.

Terrys village refused to publish a negative review I submitted after they sold me a candy dish which contained lead. This fact was not mentioned on their website, but was included on their invoice.

This was in addition to ten other items which contained hazardous chemicals or lead, and again this information was not listed on their website, but to the candy dish bothered me the most since it was meant to contain food and was NOT marketed as only decorative. Do not trust reviews on Terry's Village.

I broke none of their posted rules for submitting a review, and they still rejected it. They do not want their customers to know they are selling toxic products.

Terry's Village fraudulently sells items they do not have!

This company is a joke! I work for a fortune 500 retailer and know all about filling orders and they gave me five laughable excuses that others may if they do not know the business may believe is true.

The truth is that this company sells what it doesn't have to get you to buy other cheap things they want rid of that they do have. Do not expect to get what you order from this website, no courtesy email to tell you that they do not have the item either.

Stay away, its true that you get what you pay for. Go somewhere else.

Ordered 3 items,of which they only shipped 1 small item priced at 2.99 and charged me $6.99 postage. I received their catalog ordered the next day and they say 2 items were out of stock!!! Why put them in the catalog in the first place??
