Won’t take back recliner
I bought a recliner from Terrys Furniture in north Lima Ohio . After having it a week or so the arm cushion would go to the side & expose the wood block , also was hard to recline , handle was tight , wouldnt stay reclined . I went to his store & ask if I could get another one he said no refund no exchange . He said he could fix it so that weekend he came to get it to fix . Well the arm vision is still doing it again . Not a good chair for the expensive price I paid , I wanted a refund or exchange & they wont do it . Now Im stuck with junk!
User's recommendation: Don’t buy from him , never told me about policy !!!
