Watch out for O'Connor Builders Group. Inc......and this "builder" and Terry O'Connor himself...he is a liar and ripoff ......in 2007 we bought a Chicago condo in a building he "developed" and after several months we found there were structural defects and here in 2011 there is still water leaking into some units which other engineer has told us entire roof should be removed & replaced. City had him in court but he got off with a 10 grand temporary repair and now his LLC is dissolved and there is no recourse. Do your due diligence with anyone with those names involved in any project.
