Haven't received order!
I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter almost a month ago and still haven't received it, even though it was promised no later than February 21. It was overpriced for the photo, but I'm just hoping it looks better.
I waited over 15 minutes for customer service to answer, adding insult to injury. I know I will never order from Terrain again and will spread the word with my family and friends.

Immediate response to fixing our blind
Had cracks in the plastic pieces that attached our windows to the blind within hours they responded and sent us the products we needed to fix our blind.
