Terrible management practices 39th Broadway KCMo

My son dates one of the waitresses. Her manager had her in a meeting for 20 min. Told her to step up her game. Had her give up her tables and do management duties for waitress pay. Same night of 20 min meeting they run out of tape for cash register. He lives 2 blocks from restaurant has tape in his office but refuses to answer phone for 3 hours then tell her to go to Walgreens and buy some. She call my son at 3 a.m. to get a ride to buy tape. Did he offer to replace my sons gas? No. Did he offer a thank you? No. My son is not an employee and that was the least he could do. There is no hot water, no one is wearing gloves, hairnets, etc. The food is overcooked and lousy. You need to shut it down. The manager/owner is not handling the money right. The place is unsanitary with a horrible turn over rate. SHUT IT DOWN or I'll report the conditions to the proper authorities!

I'm sure your heart is in the right place, but this restaurant is not going to "shut down" just because you write a complaint letter and make the demand. You really should not be meddling in your "son's girlfriend's problems".

The girlfriend who is an actual employee is the one who needs to make a formal complaint to the owner or to Corporate, if there is one. You and your son need to stay out of it.


See your another snoopy parent who cant let their child grow up and definately dont know how to keep your nose where it dosent belong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
