I just bought one of your products and needed help setting things up and you expect me to pay $1 plus $45 a month. Not ever will I do this! Such greedy poor customer service.

Remote wont connect
I waited 40 minutes with the message saying I was next... nobody ever came in to help me. Total crap
Preferred solution: I want my remote to work I need guidance which I did not get
I'm totally ticked off I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone...a human... the recording said I was next, FOR 40 MINUTES, I never got to talk to anyone
