Wants to return the Terk antenna
Not getting good signals with the antenna. Wants more channels on the TV.Wants to watch You Tube and Netflix.

I purchase a terk universal remote rechargeable about 30 days ago. Remote is not working all of a sudden.
Its not charging. The light stays red, and never turn blue to indicate a fully charge

I just bought one of your products and needed help setting things up and you expect me to pay $1 plus $45 a month. Not ever will I do this! Such greedy poor customer service.
I purchased one of your indoor antennas today and needed assistance setting it up. When I googled TERK it gave me a number to call that wasnt helpful.
I then selected the chat assistant because there were no other options to choose from and thats when they asked me to pay. V

Needed the instructions and codes for my television to be able to program the remote control I was handled quickly swiftly and most personably greatly appreciated love the company and its associates
Remote wont connect
I waited 40 minutes with the message saying I was next... nobody ever came in to help me. Total crap
Preferred solution: I want my remote to work I need guidance which I did not get
I'm totally ticked off I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone...a human... the recording said I was next, FOR 40 MINUTES, I never got to talk to anyone
Please contact me 484-332-**** call me please. I'm just putting crap in here bc I didn't write 100 admonished symbols.. I'm done

Remote won't work
Quit working . Changed the batteries and tried to reprogram it to the tv.
No luck.
This remote is not worth the money. Support person was sarcastic and not helpful.
