REGARDING WARRANTY CLAIM FOR EARPHONES

In this product I have been facing some problem like sound quality and major issue is charging port defective. Not able to charge this port.

User's recommendation: Yes if it's defective product consider in under warranty.

Automated blinds painfully slow and get stuck

They seem like a nice solution but their system to automate blinds is painfully slow and the engine chokes and stops working midway. Do not order from them! They're really bad at replying and taking things seriously. First they said they will accept the return but I have to pay for shipping.... then they simply stopped replying, Hey, it's not my fault that your stupid device is not strong enough to do the job it's supposed to do. Even if they worked as intended, it'll probably take several minutes to get your blinds to go all the way up or down.... please look for alternative solutions. Teptron is a terrible company in my view.... shop elsewhere...
