Preferred solution: Replace the order with a similar quality item that IS IN STOCK

User's recommendation: The company should advise when the item is OUT OF STOCK and not take your money only to claim that it is on "back order"

Tennis Warehouse called and said that the Credit Card would only be affected when there are in stock items. The card was not charged.

Demo a Prince 120

Tried to do it online. Did all that was asked . Nothing happened. Also called days ago Tuesday and was told a racquet specialist would call me back. Never received a call.
