This company is very slick. Big banner all over site free shipping free returns over $50.
Very fair. However when you go to return they then state you pay for shipping return because they deduct the cost of the shipping return from your original order that was over $50 before tax.
They clearly state costs to get to the free shipping is $50 is pre tax, but never anywhere do they state cost minus tax and minus cost to ship back the return. Totally bogus.
I always buy my sneakers on line and every company I have bought from has free return shipping, certainly not minus a shipping cost to qualify for the minimum return cost of an item.

The first customer service representative I spoke with was lovely and very helpful. She emailed me my return label, but it had not downloaded yet so I was instructed to call back with the tracking number once it did.
The second representative I spoke with was very difficult to understand and was confused about why I was calling back. She kept asking me when I sent the rackets back. I had to explain I had just received the label and was calling back as was instructed by first call. I have no complaints about your company, just was frustrated with the second CS rep as it was very difficult to understand what she was saying due to language barrier.
The first rep was excellent with communication.
Im only sending this to you for constructive feedback on customer service as I know its important for your business. Thank you

- - The shoes appear pre-owned rather than new.
- - They did not come with normal Nike packaging.
- - The soles are dirty and they do not smell new.
I was contacted and asked to provide photos, but I explained that photos would not help since they took over a month to ask and photos would not change the fact that they delivered used shoes they advertised as being new.
The Nike shoes I paid for and Tennis Express sent to me are not new as advertised, but pre-owned, perhaps a returned item.
They did not come with the normal Nike packaging like cardboard and paper stuffed in the toe. The outside soles and bottom edges of the shoes are dirty as they would be if previously worn.
And they certainly do not smell new. GROSS!

I Cant exchange or return without loosing money. I am always ordering by phone and i have been told, that minimum order is $50 for free shipping, and I ordered 2 items, but never told, that return or exchange is minimum $75, even when I said I might exchange it because my son is growing and I dont know, if he is still wearing medium size or large.
After we received the items, it was very big and I called to exchange it and I even asked supervisor, but nothings worked.
I am a tennis dad and I know, that other stores never make any problems with the exchange or return. I will not order again from tennis express, unless they call and change these items.

Very Long periods Of waiting to order a skirt. Computer nor cell will work on your website. Calling or chatting is impossible

I want to order a pair of Mc 806wb-BS19 white New Balance tennis shoes. The catelog notes that there are 2 in stock but when I try to order it pops up with info that this is a custom order item and will take 46 weeks to order.
In the past I have been able to order these shoes with no problem. Are they not making these shoes in B widths any more. I would even order if I had to wait 46 weeks, but I couldn't get to an order.
Could you help me please. I haven't been able to find any other B width shoes.
