Tennis Channel SUCKS!

The feed just cut off saying, "play concluded for the day" in the middle of an epic tiebreak for the championship in Cincinnati between Djokovic and Alcaraz. There's no phone number and no response except an automated email message. They do not give a damn about their customers and their service is so poor. This has happened several times before in lengthy matches. I guess Tennis Channel can't figure out how to stream long, live matches. What idiots - or what scammers. . . Either way, sucks for us.

App freezes, reset password doesn’t work

I Purchased, this before the French Open. During that time, the app froze and had to be deleted we added in password had to be reset. We got through the rest of the French Open and then it happened again. At this point we havent watched it for nearly a month and I have deleted and re-added the add multiple times reset the password multiple times, and still, I am stuck out of it. Trying to use the website for support and the help buttons is just one big vicious cycle. So they are getting away with charging you for a full year subscription that you cant cancel an offering nothing but headaches. If this website really is effective, I sure would like to hear from a tennis channel rep.

I was scammed by Tennis Channel (Sinclair Broadcasting, Inc.)

I was scammed by Tennis Channel (Sinclair Broadcasting, Inc.)
I signed up for the Tennis Channel on August 21, 2022, based on its homepage advertising that implied that I'd be able to watch the U.S. Open. It cost $119/year. When the U.S. Open began, I tried to sign on the watch only to discover that the Tennis Channel doesn't have the broadcast rights to the U.S. Open. I could only watch the non-prime-time, less important matches and video tapes; nothing of importance live. When I complained to the Channel, I was told that I was eligible for a refund for only 24 hours. With modern technology, I'm sure the Channel could tell that I didn't even try to watch the Channel until the Open began on August 29th. Not only was I scammed by its deceptive marketing but I'm stuck with a useless product that will not let me watch what I thought I was paying for. This refund policy should be considered consumer fraud given that there was no notice that access to the U.S. Open would be severely limited. The grotesque unfairness of this policy is unbelievable. My request for a refund should be honored. Consumers, please be aware that Tennis Channel/Sinclair Broadcasting is not consumer-friendly and has draconian refund policies not at all connected with the consumer's ability to use the website.

Poor commentary by CC Bellis; DraftKing SportsBook adds

Suggest you discontinue CC Bellis; her voice sounds like that of a 6-year-old, and her commentary is not much better. She speaks to us like we've never followed tennis before, and says too much that is unnecessary and annoying. I am angry that I have to endure the DraftKing Sports Book commercial repeatedly on half-screen at each break in the action. I object to your throwing that commercial into my viewing. And, more importantly, I don't want to see gambling encouraged. Why is the healthy sport of tennis allowing repeated adds for gambling?! In addition, I am opposed to having audible coaching at courtside. That too is spoiling our sport, which has in the past been characterized by independent problem-solving on the fly.

Love CC Bellis. Voice isn’t typical announcer’s voice but I think it’s a fresh take.

And she incredibly and effortlessly handles the entire job solo. Not a lot of unnecessary comments. Just the right amount of commentary. Wozniacki is another story.

Cringe not only due to the voice but she inserts herself into matches a bit too much like she’s still playing instead of offering her expertise. Needs to take notes from Davenport or Navratilova, the masters IMO.

I agree Bellis' voice is worse than nails on a chalkboard. I don't get how she got the job.

I thought Wozniacki was doing way better. And that Draft Kings commercial annoys myself and my friend too.
