Rude treatment by Medical care "professional"

The so called front office manager is a rude and unprofessional black woman. She has mis treated me verbally on several occasions in the last year. I am happy to say I am moving my treatment to another provider due in large part due to this person. I recommend NO ONE utilize the services of this provider there are PLENTY of other practices in the Nashville area to choose from, this is one of the WORST in the area. Good luck growing your practice with this person working there!!
