Tender stole funds from my bank account without my authorization.

I paid for a $1 one day offer with my debit card. Shortly afterwards I paid $4.69 for an advance service offer. Next day I was charged $23 and few hours later I was charged another $39 for nothing. I made attempts to reach them and I could not locate contact information and realized it is a scam website.
