I ordered a Happy Vegan and it had a metal screw in the bowl. I got a refund and a credit of $40. I feel like my medical bills could be worse if I eat here again.

Price increase on olive cake

I realize with Bidens policies, inflation is here to stay, however , reducing the size of the olive cake is too obvious.
As a regular customer at the Culver City location, its off putting.
I will probably stopped ordering it based on principle.

No Customer Service Whatsoever
They advertised a promotion via email. No credit was given.
When I emailed customer service with copies of the receipts no one responded. Emailed them more than once and they completely ignored me.
