They at least responded w an offer. However, they only offered 10% discount when their original offer was a 20% discount.

I applied for a 20% discount on products I want to purchase (3 shirts). I received the discount code which said 20% off any items.
I moved away from my computer and came back an hour later and the discount code disappeared. I tried to apply for it again and it said it was no longer available. The code I used was RICHROLL. How do I get my 3 shirts with the 20% discount?

Need help with two returns
please call me to help with return of 2 orders. First return site was down, now I entered order number correctly, they say can't find it.
I do not have time to spend on getting this returned. If I can do it over the phone, it should be quick.

Track Package
I have been unable to get onto the website to see where my order is and if it has been processed. I was able to briefly get on the website about 6 days after it was placed and went to track the order and it still shows order placed, not processing, which it should be by now.
The order was placed on Dec 3, and I have not heard any more about my order since it was first placed, and it is now Dec. 12.

Similar experience here. Order placed on 11/27 no goods received as of 12/11.
No updates when using customer support to inquire on the status six days ago and again on 12/10. So, 2 weeks since ordering, and no human reply to inquiries.
