after i was injured at upmc medical center pittsburgh pa during a operation the upmc staff covered it up and this is how they did it, they took all my identity information and reqested allscripts software company to help them to delete all my health records i found this out after finding my medical record number changed then they contacted all my past medical outpatient doctors to make sure they delete the records at the offices i have been at i found this out after going to see the past doctors for help in recovering this injury, they acted as if they dont know me or any of my past health info, then i found out that the reason why everyone has been transfering my calls to philadelphia for anything i need to know, it is because the temple university medical center in philadelphia has all the evidence that has covered up the torture that i have been through at upmc, i need help but i am kinda lost and i guess you can say that really im in danger as well because im almost 50 years old and have copd and borderline diabetic and many serious disorders, im kinda hanging on the edge im scared as well and noone will help because i cant get temple university to send me the records that they have, they are holding records about me that is not true and made up attached to my ssn and my identity info and i have never been to temple university, as long as they hold this they are preventing me from being treated with respect and dignity in my city, it is inhumane for an organization to disregard the law, as a result my character has been defamed, i just ask that everyone to be carefull if this happend to me it can happen to anyone as well i just wasnt aware of my rights to prevent this. TEMPLE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER PHILADELPHIA PA WILL NOT GIVE ME MY LIFE BACK OR SHARE WITH ME A COPY OF THE INFORMATION THEY SHARED WITH ME ON PHONE.
