KMT/TemplateZone Needs to Allow Activation

I recently needed to reinstall Windows on my computer due a problem with the Windows scheduler. This re-installation also necessitated my reinstalling TemplateZone's OfficeReady software on this computer.

I encountered an error message when a activating the software stating that my activation limit was exceeded. I completed a support ticket on July 15, 2017 (almost thirty days ago now) with no response. I also sent e-mails inquiring about this matter to all of the e-mail addresses on their website with no response. I complied with the terms of the user agreement and only had the software installed on one computer.

I don't understand why this company can't address this relatively straightforward matter to a long-time customer or otherwise provide a response. I would appreciate your providing an additional activation to allow me to use this software on my computer. I don't understand why your company can't even respond to my numerous inquiries about this straightforward matter.

If you can't accommodate this request, I would like you to show me in your purchase literature or your license agreement where I am limited on the number of activations. If I would have seen this provision, I probably wouldn't have purchased two different versions of your software.
