We bought wordpress/woocommerce template (name FairyStyle) from Templatemonster.com. Paid to company JETIMPEX, INC who operate Templatemonster.com

They sold unworking / old version of software which not working with current releases of Wordpress 5 / Woocommerce 3.5 software. Templatemonster.com hidden information that template not updated / not supported by them for last two years and cannot use with current versions of Wordpress / Woocommerce software.

Purchased software files last time modified in May 2017 year (near two year ago!).

I am professional developer and my colleague, other professional developer, cannot install that template which we bought on our new server. We tried different ways but every time received message from Wordpress/Wocommerce that need to contact with author of software for receive updated version.

We spoke with Seller by phone - Seller confirmed that this software not working with latest version of Wordpress/Woccommerce and

offer to use old version of Wordpress/Woccommerce. We don't agree on it. Nobody use old versions of Wordpress/Woccommerce because they have security issues and all sites recommend to update to latest version of software.

For example many articles on internet strongly recommend to update WooCommerce to versions 3.4.6 or higher (Versions 3.4.5 and earlier are affected by a handful of issues that allow Shop Managers to exceed their capabilities and perform malicious actions). But Seller told us to use version WooCommerce 3.0

BUYER BEWARE - TEMPLATE MONSTER

Template was missing files, right from the word go attempted to rectify the issue with the download and the product purchase over the past 48 hrs I have experienced, the worst customer in years...falling down at every level...its just not good enough. Why would i ever consider spending money with template monster again?

I HAVE WASTED hours of time back and forth in chat and emails... I told them no more emails...it means nothing now, countless broken promises, for them to get in touch, which they have consistently failed to do to rectify my issue or resolve my complaint in full. I have spoken to 9 agents and have all the transcripts...detailing the incompetence and lack of coordination. Shop around folks...because if you have an issue it could be days, before it hopefully resolved or even longer.

My personal opinion: I would never do business with them again and regret doing business with them at all..a real shoddy operation! BUYER BEWARE OF TEMPLATE MONSTER

Purchased Website Template

I purchased a website template to upload to wordpress.com but this requires additional services not mentioned from Templatetuning. They only do instant chat and won't do a phone call.

I called to complain and was sent to a voicemail to call back within two hours but no one calls. After enough days of this I try to speak to a customer agent but I get transferred to the same voicemail. When I call back they don't answer. I don't get a response to any of my voicemails until I complain on their facebook page.

Now I am trying to get a refund and I can't get a reply from that department manger. They offer a 100% guarantee and I am not satisfied.
