Don't buy from them bad customer service!
- - Bought 2 Tempest torches with electronic ignition; they never worked.
- - Ignition redesigned twice in 2 years; still nonfunctional.
I purchased 2 Tempest torches wall mounted with electronic ignition. They have electronic ignition that have never, ever worked properly from day one!
People we bought them from went out of business so we get pawned off on new service people who cannot help us either. I should have known better because as I was buying these they were just changing the make on their electronic ignition system per the man I purchased them from. Obviously the make has changed because the ones I got are horrible! NOW I FIND OUT THESE TORCHES HAVE BEEN REDESIGNED TWICE IN THE LAST 2 YEARS SINCE I RECEIVED MINE, OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE A POOR DESIGN!!!
We have been sent numerous parts and things to try and make them work correctly from the very beginning and they have never ever worked properly. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER with never working new torches!
