Pathetic and very useless in every way just like Telus in general I just went into 1 of your useless stores to get my phone changed over to a new contract and it showed me how much more useless your provider is Im disappointed with the pathetic service you have at your stores and will recommend to everyone I know to leav your service because of how pathetic it is in every way

Cant talk to anyone . Because your cell service is horrible !!!
We just cant hear each other, had to stop the call and dial over and over . Fido was amazing! Do smth with your lines . And post the customer service phone in google , without asking about the email info .
We agreed to switch home internet as well , but now I dont want. Also take away 100 simbol request .
I am very disaponted with you . It was wrong decision to leave Fido
Absolutely the worst customer service, I have ever encountered. Condisending staff, unable to answer clear questions, always interrupting and really doesn't want to help the customer in any way.
With Postal strike now, where to return equipment? Their only answer is to call customer service...after hours of being on the phone, get rid of chat line and put a human that can answer questions and improve Customer Service which is terribly lacking.!!!

My TV is not working. I've followed all the instructions 8 times, etc.
Still not working. Tried to call technical support and was on hold for 2 hours.
I finally hung up. Ridiculous!
User's recommendation: Don’t expect good customer service or support unless you’ve got all day to be on hold.
Constomer wait times are too lengthy. We were hung up on 2x after waiting for over an an hour. Also when they ask to leave your name and number so that they can respond that doesn't work.
Horrible wait times and because of this we are seriously considering switching providers. The gentleman who eventually helped us was great but it took over a day of trying to get through to get any help.
Plus, we were not impressed on getting disconnected by Telus twice. Very poor customer service.
No way to contact anyone with ADT. Waited over an hour and a half on lthe phone then gave up.
Cannot reach an agent. Need a Security Certificate for Insurance Co.
Have ordered on line three times starting 6 days ago. No response

I have had no service for 3 days. Customer service was fine but when they sent a tech he was unable to fix it.
They were supposed to have a solution.
They had none. I have had to switch providers.
They have over charged me for years knowing they could not provide speeds they were charging me for
Web site and lack of communication
YOUR WEBSITE SUCKS, big time. I have spent over 8 hours on the telephone with Telus over two days.
Each person I spoke to has been very gracious and helpful. Unfortunately, one problem would be fixed, another created, then I would be transferred to another department, on and on. How do I reach customer loyalty?
I pay for services I don't get, nothing works correctly. Your people are great, your system not so much.

I can't believe what just happened today with my home phone line.
I've been either on hold or being transferred all day and nothing techs get me to do has resolved.
I was just told by someone at Telus that my account has been closed...I want to know when, by who, why was my account closed. Now they say I need a technician to come in and re-install my services.
My next email, or call with be to the CRTC...telephone companies' customer service is despicable these days.

Hi everyone, I am sharing my story on a few different sites to ensure people are aware of what could happen. When we moved to our first house, a Telus representative came to our door as they were extending service to the area and offered promotions and deal packages.
Since it was our first house and with car thefts and robberies on the rise, we decided to take a package for a security system. The package was offered as two cellphone lines and a security system which came with discounts because of the promotion. Fast forward three to four years, my wife gets a call from a debt collection agency stating we owe $2,500 to Telus for the security system. I want to point out that the promotion was sold to us as an all-inclusive package.
However, when confronted, Telus stated that the security system is separate and hasn't been paid since it was installed 3 to 4 years ago. Our immediate reaction was, how could this be the case? We pay our bill monthly upon receipt. The Telus representative began to explain that the home security is a separate bill.
We then asked why we have never received this bill? There's no email, no letter, no phone call of any kind telling us we are behind thousands for a service installed four years ago. The Telus representative stated they do not call if your account is overdue. How does this make sense?
If we miss one phone bill, we receive a phone call stating we haven't paid. How have four years passed without any notifications? Now, my wife has been hit with a $2,500 charge which will stay on her record for seven years. She was distraught.
We have a newborn, and our mortgage rate has risen by $1,000 a month. We are barely scraping by. I will never return to Telus.
You can bet I will share this story on as many media platforms possible to warn others. I cancelled my services the day after this incident, and some family members have also cancelled, expressing their disgust at what occurred.

Hello,
The problem with the internet and TV has been going on since the first month after the installation. We had one visit from a technician and a couple of telephone calls support.
Today I was on hold for 52 minutes, and it was close to 3 hours by the time the issue was resolved. I don't know if I am going to have three hours every time I need help.
Hopefully next time it will be better.

On the time of purchase I was told that parental control will be the option in Koodo Internet WiFi. But actually nothing like this. Please contact me and resolve my issue.

LOL @connectivity claim though. Paid nearly $250/month for several lines, only to get at most 2 bars of service across entire city (don't try to blame this on 'we are doing work in your area please' thats a joke by now), most of the time its 1 bar and absolutely no ability to use internet or it is dial-up levels of slow.
When calling Telus and attempting to at least get a resolution or partial refund for last 3 months because well...
the service that I paid for really was not provided and I am nearly a grand out for no reason because I was simply patient and hoping for the best, the response I got is 'well there is nothing we can do for you BUT would you like to add more GB's of data to your plan for $10 less?'. Like are you kidding me? You're offering me MORE data that doesnt function as intended or at all instead of trying to fix a a persistent issue or provide a refund for a service that was never received? Get over yourself, done bothering with this crap company, just gonna call someone else and switch, I'm sure noone else is this awful to long term customers.
And I dare you try to charge me for dropping the plan early.
Screenshot from last night below is what i see 75% of the time when attempting to use data. Couldn't access my medical card, was forced to pay out of pocket for medication because no internet.
