Telmex has inexcusably bad service. I know this won't do any good (nothing will) but I have to at least express my displeasure. I had to wait three months just to get a technichian to INSTALL internet. and it the modums have failed twice in one year and each time had to wait nearly a month to get them to come. I am very, very, very dissatisfied with Telmex. It does need a very long time before I'm getting upset. It's my personality as well I spend several years as a manager with 28 agents for a global player company in customer relations management servicing a certain group of consumers handling 14'000+ calls per month plus e-mails plus faxes So I do have an understanding of customer service and what is possible!! Listen hear, you need to work something out with your wireless service because I am longing to hear my girlfriends voice. Long distance relationships are about communication and you are fuc**** it up big time. Have you ever been in love? Clearly not, and even though your service is shi***, I will wait for my girlfriend. The good: customer service is good. Modem/Gateways are the worst in the world. When replaced with an Actiontec Gateway works much better. (This is at your own cost and you have to order from Amazon.)
