Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Telmex installed the service that was ordered. Thank you Telmex and Thank you Install Technician.

They sent me a link to make an appointment in the email. The link did not work.

It took me to Whats App support and their system was unable to make an appointment.

I tried at least a couple of times. A couple of days later a technician called me around 130 pm and said...

I was in the hurricane Otis in Acapulco. We lost our car our windows and various things.

There was no water, electricity, internet or phone. We left for about 5 weeks. When we returned there was electricity and water but no internet. Our Internet provider Izzi abandoned us.

They said they would not be repairing our internet or internet in our area. I started looking around for internet and found Telmex / Infinitum. I ordered Internet online but received no information about the installation. I called and was told that the internet would be installed on December 21st.

They didnt come , they didnt call, they did not communicate. I waited until 11am then I called. I spent over an hour on the phone and was transferred 4 times. When I was finally able to talk to someone willing to actually talk and not transfer me...

They said let me find out and I will contact you within 24 hours. Again they did not call, email or text. I waited until after Christmas the 26th of Dec. I called and said hey what is going on??

They said that the area was too saturated and you would not be installing internet for me. I was waiting for you for 20 Days... Then out of the blue you decide you are not going to install the internet. Do you feel that is good customer service?

Do you think it is ethical to tell someone you are going to install internet and then just not do it ? I cannot Work. I work online and I need a decent connection. If there is a way you can help me please help me.

I need to work. There is service in my building.

Telmex - Warn others
Everyday they say they will come and install my internet and never show up, Im going into day 5 now. Its like they enjoy keeping you a prisoner in you house, waiting, you get excited when you hear a car, but no, its not them. Just staring at my blank screen. Oh and seems there is no way to contact them, you just get messenger bots, called Anne, Liz etc, not very common Mexican names.

Poor reception, awaiting service

I had to wait more than a week for someone to come install this service. It took over two hours once he got here. We can't stream live TV because we need more Mbps, so I ordered more. Now I have waited another 4 days for what should just be able to be taken care of online.

Found one to two cockroaches here and there

I'll just had a question what to use outside my home so the bugs don't come in I'm like cockroaches and stuff cuz I'm only find him one to two cockroaches here and there in my home and just seeing what I could spray outside my home foundation

They are horrible with the live chat. I told the rep several times that I had an issue and the rep kept brushing me off as if he had fixed my issue. I decided to close the chat because I wasn't getting anywhere with the rep. I called a number and they couldn't help either. It was a very bad experience.

I canceled my Telmex over two years ago because it didn’t work and the technician didn’t come out for a month. I return my equipment and they wouldn’t take it

I went into the office 10 times. Spoke to everybody that I could both in US and Mexico and they still continue to send me bills. I havent had service with them for over two years. Terrible.

No internet for 6 days in Mexico

I dont know if you have any part of the Mexican Telmex, but I have been lied to time and time again. Ive had no internet and it will be a week tomorrow. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Telmex Clerk was on vacation and could not receive my communications. She contacted me soon after my report on pissedconsumer and the issue was quickly resolved, with apology and discount..

I have a Telmex account that I only use in the winter when I'm in Mexico. Which allows me to deactivate certain services when I leave with a billing adjustment. I left Mexico on April 22 and notified a Telmex manager in Zihuatanejo. Invoicing for the month of May has not been adjusted accordingly. Issue have been resolved a few days after this post. Great.

Can't get service

I'm moving and can't get my service switched to new place. Made the appointment one month ago and still no one is able to help me. I keep getting blown of by customer service and my appointment comes and goes with no one coming to perform the installation. I've taken off work to meet someone and still I can't just get the service.

Internet is intermittent. Off and on several times a day

We live in Las Brisas area of Los Barriles, BCS. Our internet signal in not good but we lose what we have several times a day. It usually restores in a few minutes, but at times is out longer. I cannot tell if the problem is the line or the Modem/Router.
